Below, we detail our shipping methods and the estimated delivery times for the products purchased: - Orders without stamping or manufacturing: Products will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of the order and confirmation of payment stipulated in the quotation or invoice. - Orders with printing: Customised products with stamping will be delivered within 15 to 25 working days, counting from receipt of payment. - Orders with manufacturing: For products that require manufacturing, the delivery time will be 30 to 45 working days after confirmation of payment. It is important to note that the delivery times indicated are subject to stock availability. In the event that an item is not available, the customer will be informed of the estimated restocking and delivery date. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders exceeding 200 euros (before taxes) on products without printing within mainland Spain. For orders within the European Union, free shipping is available for purchases over 500 euros (before taxes). For shipments outside mainland Spain or the European Union, we recommend contacting our sales team to receive a detailed shipping cost estimate based on the requested budget and destination. ### Returns In order to manage any return, it is necessary to contact our Sales Department beforehand. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions: - The product must be incomplete or present defects that do not conform to the order placed on the web platform. - Returns will not be accepted for products customised according to the customer's instructions, such as graphic prints, unless there is a defect in the product that does not match what was ordered. - Returns will not be accepted due to the quality of the graphic print provided by the user, so we recommend requesting physical samples to assess the quality before making the final production. ### Responsibility PROMOSHARK assumes no responsibility for delays, losses or damages that may occur during the transport of the products, as these incidents depend on the transport agency in charge of the shipment. Likewise, PROMOSHARK will not be responsible for the final results of the graphic prints ordered by the customer. In order to avoid inconveniences, we recommend requesting samples in case you have doubts about the quality of the graphic reproduction. ### Order Acceptance and Cancellation Acceptance of an order, either by e-mail or by signature, implies acceptance of our terms of sale and the customer's commitment to the agreed payment methods. Once an order has been confirmed, we do not guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been processed, the costs incurred up to that point will be passed on to the customer. These may include costs related to the preparation of the order, the ordered material, digital design and restocking fees, among others. If the cancellation does not incur any costs, no additional charges will be applied to the customer. ### Right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases: (a) Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. b) Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. c) Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery. (d) Sealed audio or video recordings, as well as sealed software that has been unsealed by the customer after delivery. Important: Products that include personalisation (e.g. graphic prints) cannot be returned, unless they are defective. Since it is not possible to return marked products to the factory, we recommend requesting a physical sample before proceeding with the personalisation to verify the size, quality and other characteristics of the product. If you have any doubts about a particular product, our sales representatives will be happy to advise you. Printing Techniques - Pad printing (1-colour or multi-colour): An indirect printing method in which ink is transferred from a silicone pad to the surface of the object. It is ideal for irregular or curved surfaces, such as small promotional items, plastics, metals and ceramics. It is versatile, but limited in terms of number of colours. - Automatic screen printing: Traditional technique where ink is pushed through a mesh or screen onto the material to be printed. It is mainly used on textiles such as T-shirts, polo shirts, bags and backpacks. It is suitable for large volumes and allows for multi-colour printing. - Flat screen printing: Variant of screen printing where the printing is done on flat surfaces such as paper, plastic or textiles. It is used on a wide variety of materials and offers great colour durability. - Circular screen printing: Similar to flat screen printing, but adapted for printing on cylindrical surfaces, such as bottles or glasses. It allows printing 360 degrees around the object. - Screen printing transfer (1 colour and several colours): Consists of applying a printed design on an intermediate support and then transferring it to the product by heat and pressure. Ideal for textiles and flat surfaces. The one-colour method is simpler and more economical, while the multi-colour method allows for more complex designs. - Digital transfer: Uses digital printers to create high-resolution designs that are then transferred to the product using heat. It is ideal for small quantities or designs with many details or colours, as it does not require screens like screen printing. - Sublimation transfer (flat and circular): Specialised technique for polymer-coated materials such as synthetic textiles or ceramic products. The design is printed with special inks which, when heat is applied, sublimate (change from solid to gas) and are integrated into the material, generating very resistant and durable prints. The circular method is for curved objects. - Digital printing: A modern method of printing directly from a digital file onto a wide variety of surfaces. It is fast, flexible and suitable for full colour and small volume printing. - 360° digital printing: Variant of digital printing that allows cylindrical or circular objects to be completely covered, providing a wrap-around print over the entire surface of the object. - Laser on metal and non-metal (including 360): The laser engraving technique uses a concentrated beam of light to mark or engrave the surface of an object with high precision. It is used on metals and non-metallic materials. The 360 version allows engraving around cylindrical objects. It is a very durable and elegant option. - Embroidery: A technique in which thread is used to create designs on textiles. It is very resistant and is mainly used on clothing, such as caps, polo shirts and jackets, for a professional and durable presentation. - Heat embossing: This involves applying heat and pressure to mark or emboss a design onto materials such as leather, paper or plastics. The result is an elegant and discreet embossing, widely used on high-end products. - Doming (resin drop): This technique involves applying a layer of transparent resin over a printed design, giving it a three-dimensional, glossy effect. It is commonly used on key rings, labels and other promotional products.
